When can I exchange the product?
We at TheHLabel would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying our exclusive products. You can exchange all items within 7 business days with no question asked, provided one of the following points are covered:
  • Wrong Product has been shipped that does not match your order.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are unable to replace it. In case of Custom Size or Custom Style garments, if there is a problem with the fitment of the product, we will alter/fix/correct the product to match the exact size or style that was ordered for no extra fee.

How do I send back the product?
All you need to do is inform us within 7 business days of your purchase and we shall take the following steps:
  • Reverse pick up shall be arranged (in case of domestic orders).
  • The cost of the courier charges shall be reimbursed to you in the form of online store credit (in case of international orders).
  • Make sure the product has its original tags and packing in place. It should be unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • Products made under special request/your design section are non refundable/returnable in any circumstance

No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

Please Note: The no-questions-asked return policy is not valid on items that are on sale or item purchased using discount coupon codes
To qualify for an exchange/ alteration, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 15 days of your original order shipment date (as shown on your shipping confirmation email).

Items Not Eligible for alterations/ exchange:

  • Products received by us in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 15 days of the original order shipment date.
  • No cancellations can be done as the products are customized for you.
