Shopping at THEHLABEL is very easy. Here’s what you need to do-
Step 1- We recommend that you use the custom measurement options to fill out your exact size as this would ensure a perfect fit of your garment.
Step 2 – If you would like to opt for the standard measurements, then choose your size from: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL.
Step 3- If not sure of your size, refer to the Standard Size Guide.
Step 4- Click on ADD TO CART
HOW DO I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
The CUSTOMISE tab gives you the advantage of custom-tailoring your chosen garments as per your exact size and style. Here’s is how it works:
Step 1- Select your garment
Step 2- Click the CUSTOM SIZE tab to fill in your measurements.
Sleeve Type- Select your desired sleeve type by clicking Short, Long or 3/4th (depending on the type of garment).
Step 3- Once you have made your selections satisfactorily, simply click on ‘ADD To CART’
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an Email from us containing details of your order which would include number of item(s) and Order Number(s). You will also receive an SMS regarding the same.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS. If you are a registered user, you will be able to view the order status. You can click on MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER.
If you are not registered, you can either Call or Email TheHLabel.com team to check the status.
I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT DOESN’T MATCH THE COLOUR ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT DO I DO?
On the TheHLabel website, the name of the colour will be precisely mentioned below every product and may vary slightly. You may contact us in case of a drastic contrast in the garment’s colour.
WHAT IS QUICK BUY?
Quick Buy gives you the option to shop as a guest, without registering by filling in your basic details like Name, Email ID and Phone no. Although it is not necessary to have an account, we recommend you to register as it would enhance your shopping experience.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
The product will be delivered within 10-15 business days from the date on which the order is placed by the means of an available standard courier service.
CAN I ADD MY ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
Yes, you can add any number of alternate addresses by accessing the MY ACCOUNT page at the time of purchase.
MY BILLING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your billing address is different from your shipping address, click on ‘Add Address’ to add a new billing address and then select it from ‘View/Change Billing Address’.
